Mo Khani is a licensed Ohio real estate agent serving Dayton and the surrounding areas. Born in Iran, Mo moved to the United States at age 16, settling in Michigan before attending Western Michigan University. He went on to earn degrees in Agriculture, Math Education, and Geography, building a strong academic foundation that shaped his thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to working with others.

Before beginning his real estate career, Mo spent 25 years as a college professor, where he built lasting relationships with his students through passion, trust, and honesty. He brings those same values to real estate, helping clients feel informed and supported as they work toward the dream of homeownership. Mo has traveled to six continents and approximately 40 countries for both research and leisure, and he speaks, reads, and writes Farsi, also known as Persian.

Outside of work, Mo is an avid soccer player whose journey with the sport began in the streets of Iran and continued through high school, college, and professionally in the United States. Today, he continues to train privately.
